10% extra on all school shared mailings.   Book in a mailing to 5000 schools and we'll send out an extra 500 copies of your leaflet free of charge.

Free email mailing, when you book into a shared mailing. All you have to do is send us a Word document containing the text you want to have sent out, and we’ll mail it to the teachers you require. 

Second insert in a mailing at the rate of £15 per thousand.  That’s just £75 to put a leaflet in the standard secondary school mailing of 5100 schools, and the same price of £75 to put a leaflet in a mailing to the largest 5000 primary schools.  Other selections, pro-rata – but the number of places is limited – so please do check first.  Call 01536 399 000.

Free one year listing on the School Procurement Site with every shared mailing. The School Procurement site is being promoted continuously to teachers and administrators and is getting an ever growing level of hits.  You can see what’s included at www.top5.org.uk.  Just email your listing when you send in your booking for a shared mailing.  But remember – the shorter texts lead to the higher number of hits on your site.

Be flexible on the mailing date and gain higher discounts.   When you are able to be slightly flexible in terms of which week your leaflet goes out, we are often able to give higher discounts.   For example, if you are considering mailing February 14, it may well be that by holding back one or two weeks we can offer you a discount on the price of the mailing.   If you are able to be flexible over the mailing date just call 01536 399 000 and ask for information on the Flexibility Discounts.

Extra discounts for mailing just once more.   If you are already an HHM shared mailing customer you can gain an extra discount by committing to one extra shared mailing during the course of 2008.  Just opt for one more mailing and we’ll take up your “season ticket” rate to the next level – as if you had booked in three extra mailings.   So, if you have booked in for three mailings, and you agree to make that four mailings this year, we’ll give you a discount as if you had done six mailings.
